My name is Ronald S. Russ. As the American Library Association Councilor, representing the Arkansas Library Association, I wanted an informal means of communication that would be easy to manage, but effective, nonetheless. Blogging seemed something that was doable, so I’m willing to give it a try. I hope that I’ll be able to communicate important happenings regarding ALA Council that are relative to Arkansas Library Association members.
